Where can I buy Hide-a-Book covers?

What size books do the covers fit?

Currently available are a mass market paperback size and a trade paperback size. Mass markets are the small paperbacks, the covers fit a cover height of 6 7/8 inches by 10 inches length (17.5 cm by 25.4 cm). Trade paperbacks are the larger paperbacks and they come in a wider variety of sizes. The trade size that will fit a cover height of 8 1/2 inches by 11 3/4 length (21.6 cm by 29.8 cm). We encourage you to measure your book to see if it will fit. Both small and large sizes adjust to fit varying thicknesses of books.

How does the Hide-a-Book cover work? (Small cover shown)

Just slip the front cover of your book into the front pocket, insert the back cover through the two straps and the adjustable back flap. The cover length can be easily folded over to fit paperback books of nearly any width. A built in ribbon bookmark ensures you won’t lose your place. Click on the image to zoom.

Do you have covers for hardcover books?

Our covers are specifically made to fit paperbacks books only.

How long will it take to get my order?

Shipping is via US Postal Service First Class mail. It typically takes 3-5 days for shipping to US and Canadian addresses. International shipping typically takes 7-10 days however there may be delays during the customs process in your home country. Please be aware that there may be unavoidable delays in customs for international shipments. Any additional customs fees, duties, taxes, etc will be your responsibility. Contact us if you would like to upgrade to expedited shipping.

Do you offer any other designs?

We will continue to add new and vibrant designs. Many of our book covers are limited edition so be sure to get one while they last. Let us know if there’s a design style you particularly want to see. Who knows we might just name it after you!

What forms of payment can I use?

I accept PayPal for payment. There are many great things about using PayPal:

  • You don’t need to have a PayPal account. Simply use the credit card of your choice.
  • You can use American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or even transfer funds from your bank account
  • You are paying without revealing your credit card or bank account information to Hide-a-Book
  • PayPal is secure
  • There are no fees for using PayPal

Payment must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Book covers will be shipped after payment is received. Please note that if you use the e-check option in PayPal that your items will ship when the e-check has cleared (this can take up to 4 days).

If you have a different Paypal address than your Etsy shipping address please advise which one you would like your item(s) shipped to. We will ask you to confirm the correct address and wait for your response to ship. This will ensure that your covers don’t wind up at the wrong address.
